Shipping & Delivery Policy (Products)

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only.

We do not ship products outside of India.

Orders are shipped within 2 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation, subject to courier company/post office norms. Indoorplant guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 3 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. However, Indoorplant is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities.

Delivery of all orders will be made to the registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card details unless otherwise specified at the time of order.

Payments

Indoorplant uses secure and efficient online payment systems such as G Pay, Phone pe, PayTM, and others. All major credit cards are accepted for a fast and seamless payment experience.

The delivery of services will be confirmed via the email ID provided during registration. For any issues related to service utilization, customers can contact our helpdesk.

Delivery Charges

• For Indian customers: The shipping charge is Rs. 25 for all orders.
• For multiple products, the delivery fee is calculated based on the total weight of all items combined and charged as a single delivery fee.
• If a customer orders products to be delivered to different locations, the delivery fee will be calculated separately for each location since products may be sourced and shipped from different cities.

Disclaimer

• Products will be delivered to urban areas in India serviced by major courier agencies. For remote or rural areas, products will be shipped via local couriers or Indian Speed Post and may require additional time.
• No deliveries are made on Sundays or National Holidays.
