Orders that have been delivered and accepted by the customer cannot be refunded.
If you feel the order does not meet the specified requirements, please contact our customer care team within 24 hours of delivery.
Cancellation Policy
At Indoor Plant, we are committed to customer satisfaction and have a flexible cancellation policy.
- Cancellation requests will be considered only if made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated if the orders have already been communicated to vendors/merchants and the shipping process has been initiated.
- Orders placed under the "Same Day Delivery" category are not eligible for cancellation.
- Cancellations are not allowed for products purchased during special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day, etc., as these are limited-time offers.
Damaged or Defective Products
For damaged or defective consumer durable and non-durable items, report the issue to our Customer Service team within 24 hours of receiving the product. After review and confirmation by the merchant, appropriate action will be taken.
Product Discrepancy
If the product received is not as shown on our website or does not meet your expectations, contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery. Our Customer Service Team will review the issue and take suitable action.
